Corrugated Board (Cardboard)
We supply our customers with layer pads made out of corrugated board. The board features layers of paper with a fluted layer in the middle that provides cushioning.
The corrugation provides additional cushioning and adds strength.
Solid Board
Our team can make layer pads out of solid board, which is a strong piece of cardboard typically used for packaging heavy goods.
Solid board allows for enhanced stability and protection due to its density.
Recycled
We offer custom-cut pallet liners made from recycled fibre.
Some customers select recycled fibre for a more cost-effective solution.
Recycled fibre is seen as a more eco-conscious choice compared to virgin fibre.
Kraft
The team at STAX provides bespoke kraft pallet liners made from virgin fibre.
Pallet liners made from virgin fibres typically offer more strength and durability than recycled.
Kraft pallet liners also allow for a greater level of water resistance.
PE-Coated (Moisture Barrier)
We also supply polyethylene-coated kraft paper.
The additional layer of polyethylene creates a stronger moisture-resistant barrier, further protecting the goods from damage.
The coating also creates a degree of anti-slip properties for extra stability.
Our pallet liners will:
